A. You can register in the following ways:
- Firstly, you will have to provide your e-mail address, through either calling at Contact Center 0800-01122 or by filling in form at your nearest JS Bank branch.
- Secondly, open JS Bank IB website and click on Register Now link and follow steps of online registration for IB.

Q. What should I do when accessing for the
first time?

A. Once registered, you can
enter your user ID and password to log in to JS Internet Banking website.
Make sure that you have the recommended hardware and software. Also make
sure that you register online and validate your user ID and password,

Q. What if I forget my password or username
or both before successfully logging in?
|
A. In case you forget either your user ID or password before successfully logging in for the first time, you will have to call our Contact Center at 0800 01122 for user ID information and/or password change.[Top]

|
A. In case you forget your username, password or both after successfully logging in at least once, you need to call the 24/7 Contact Center 0800-01122.It is advised that after receiving your username, password or both, the same should be used immediately and changed for security reasons. [ [Top]

Q. I cannot enter password correctly?
|
A. In case of entering password incorrectly, you need to
first write down the password on a piece of paper (securely) and than only
enter those characters that are asked. Make sure you discard that paper
containing your password or erase your password. [Top]

Q. What is a secret question?
|
A. You will be asked to choose and answer three secret
questions at registration. In case of a forgotten password, you will be
asked two of these three secret questions at random. The corresponding
secret answer must be correctly entered to log in to the application. [Top]

Q. What is FPIN and why I need to generate
FPIN?
|
A. FPIN is a financial PIN which must be entered when
executing certain transactions, including all financial transactions. You
can submit an FPIN generation request once you are an Internet Banking user
and it will be communicated to you through e-mail. You need to generate
FPIN to securely conduct your financial transactions. [Top]

Q. How to generate FPIN?

A. You can generate your FPIN by clicking on the
Internet Banking Security Options and selecting FPIN. In this window you
can generate new FPIN all you have to do is specify the FPIN expiry period.

A. If you want your FPIN to get expired before the
expiry period already specified in time of FPIN generation. You will have

card through Internet Banking account?

A.Yes, you can change the
status of your VISA debit card online. Cards can be in one of the following
statuses at any given moment:
- Warm
(Inactive)
- Hot
(Permanently blocked)
Internet Banking allows you
to change your card status from Cold to Warm, and Warm to Hot. However, you
cannot activate your card online. Your card status cannot be changed if the

secure?

A. We have developed Internet
Banking based on the latest technology employing multiple levels of
security. This includes: 128-bit encryption technology, known as SSL
(Secure Sockets Layer), which is currently the most secure in the industry;
customer user ID, password deactivation after three unsuccessful tries and
automatic logout after a defined period of inactivity are some of the

A. Encryption allows information to travel between you
and JS Bank in a secure environment that cannot be read by anyone else. It
is a way of 'scrambling' information to make it impossible to read unless

A. The strength of encryption can be measured by the
number of 'bits' used in the 'scrambling' process. The latest web browsers use
128-bit encryption: the most secure form currently available. Internet

A. Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) is an Internet security standard that ensures all

Explorer v4.01 or above, Netscape Navigator v4.08 or above. We recommend
you use the latest 'supported' (i.e not beta)

A. Internet Banking uses temporary cookies to enable our
site to work efficiently. Cookies are small pieces of data which we store

A. We highly advise you to take precaution when
conducting transaction from public PC. Generally, public PCs are vulnerable
to virus attack and various simple programs unintentionally downloaded.

you make (including your Relationship No and Password) and will
automatically send the stolen information to the program owner who would

A. To comply with our security requirements you will
need the following software to access Internet Banking. Operating system:

above/Netscape Navigator v4.08 or above. If you're using Microsoft Internet
